Consultants from the National Dengue Control Unit participated in the Infection Control Nursing Officer (ICNO) training program recently organized by the Epidemiology Unit.

During the program, participants were provided with an update on the National Dengue Surveillance System (NaDSyS). As Infection Control Nursing Officers (ICNOs) are a valuable and critical link in the national dengue surveillance value chain, the session focused on enhancing their understanding of the National Dengue Surveillance System and addressing questions related to surveillance, reporting, and data management.

The interactive session reinforced the importance of timely, accurate, and complete reporting to support effective dengue surveillance, monitoring, and response.
