Special Discussion Chaired by Presidential Secretary Ahead of 3-Day National Dengue Prevention Campaign

The three-day national operation is scheduled to be implemented on June 24, 25, and 26 in response to the current dengue epidemic situation in the country.

The discussion was chaired by the Secretary to the President alongside senior government officials. The Secretary of Health, the Director General of Health Services, the Director of the National Dengue Control Programme, and various public health experts discussed the current dengue trend.

All relevant public officials, including all Ministry Secretaries, Chief Secretaries, District Secretaries, Divisional Secretaries, and all relevant health officials, were called upon to actively collaborate and coordinate efforts to make the national campaign a success.
